## π Launching at NITK: Formation of Argos Club & PromptForgeLab
NITK, in collaboration with The IO Foundation (TIOF), is thrilled to announce the official launch of the Argos Club and the PromptForgeLab!
This joint initiative aims to empower students and technologists with hands-on skills in Data-Centric Digital Rights (DCDR), artificial intelligence, open-source software, and global technical standards, ensuring technology is built to protect user rights by design.

#### ποΈ The Argos Club
The Argos Club serves as a student-led technical community on campus mentored jointly by TIOF and university faculty. Members collaborate on real-world projects, participate in specialized workshops and gain direct exposure to international Standard Development Organizations (SDOs).
Key focus areas include:
* Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Prompt Engineering
* Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) focused on user privacy and security
* Data-Centric Digital Rights (DCDR) Framework
* Blockchain-based Verifiable Certificates & GitHub Portfolios
#### π» The PromptForgeLab
To support the high-level technical requirements of the Argos Club, TIOF is establishing the PromptForgeLab: a dedicated physical lab hosted on campus. The lab features specialized hardware, high-performance mini AI servers, network infrastructure, and direct access to TIOFβs international ecosystem.
